Developer Exchange

A community exclusively for developers on the MarketLive platform, the Developer Exchange is a hub of innovation. Technical experts from MarketLive and the merchant community share best practices, multi-channel integration strategies and even merchant-created functionality modules.

Core to the Developer Exchange is code-sharing. MarketLive staff provide guidelines and training for the development of new features, including how to build modules and administrable features and best practices for code quality and security. Developers can then submit their innovations for review and approval by MarketLive, after which the new modules are shared with the rest of the developer community. Others can rate, discuss and recommend new features.

Top code contributors have the opportunity to lead Developer Exchange discussions about implementation strategies for new modules, as well as general technical best practices. With the guidance of MarketLive's engineering staff, the Developer Exchange is an opportunity for the merchant community to innovate, advocate new features and shape the future direction of the MarketLive platform.
