MarketLive to Present at NEMOA's directXchange Fall Conference
Founder and chairman, Ken Burke, to lead general session, Delivering Relevance to Win Sales, and facilitate a think tank breakout session

MarketLive founder and chairman, Ken Burke, will lead the general session: "Delivering Relevance to Win Sales." The conference is being held at the Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa in Groton, Connecticut on September 19th and 20th.
In his session, Burke will explore the ever evolving ways customers interact with merchants and brands driven by the explosion of social networking and the surging use of mobile devices. He will deliver new, leading-edge practices for creating a rich, personal, and seamless customer experience that is tailored to customers' individual needs. He will also examine how shoppers interacted with brands in 2012 and why merchants that match the right products and offers with the right shoppers have dramatically improved customer loyalty, received higher conversions, and increased revenue.
